Our aim is for all our customers to be delighted by our level of service, and entirely satisfied.

For information regarding shipping times and order handling, please see our Help and Shipping page. This includes information on: shipping rates (post and Packaging) and splitting orders for UK and overseas customers. 

Overseas Customers (including EU) : Please be aware that ordering a book from our website may result in product taxes (VAT) and import duties. This varies by country and is outside of our control. 

Returns: refunds, replacements and cancellation policy:

We will always replace any defective products without quibble.

Please contact us within 14 days to return any item. We are happy to accept returns on any stock item within 14 days of purchase and offer a full refund of the price of the book returned within this period, subject to the following conditions:

- Books must be returned unused and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse any book for return where we do not deem it to be in the condition in which it was sold. In particular please pack any return with great care! (We do not recommend reusing packaging to return items which can lead to bumped corners and other damage).  Any CD Rom disk packets and shrinkwrap must be unopened.

- The buyer must pay return postage.

- Where books are available, we send orders out on the day of receipt. To cancel an order please contact us and we will do our best to oblige.
