The silhouettes are grouped into ten categories: men's profiles, men full figure, women's profiles and full figure, children, groups and scenes, an alphabet, birds and animals, nature, and ships. Among the hundreds of silhouettes are men painting, sitting, reading and playing instruments, women wearing high-styled hats, reading, sewing, painting and writing, children playing traditional games, pulling sleighs, singing, pulling wagons, and hanging stockings. Also included are cats, dogs, roosters, horses, bears, rabbits, flowers, branches, trees, and idyllic pastoral scenes.
